Please note that ALL jewellery for ears are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.
All other jewellery is eligible for refund/exchange for up-to 14 days after delivery. Please notify us by email at zo.jewelleryline@gmail.com to start the return process. Please include your order number, full name and address.
If you find a fault on arrival or over time has an issue then please email us and we can help you in anyway we can.
For unwanted items after the 14 days, we may accept an exchange for the item and a credit voucher to use online would be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable & are the full responsibility of the customer, remember to retain a tracking number. Your refund will be issued once we have received the goods in their full original packaging.
Please include your full name and order number inside the return packaging. We recommend adding your own return address on the outside of the envelope and ensure you have paid the correct post or else we won’t receive the goods.
